Design Guidelines for Mn-Zn Cores

E CORE FOR SMD

  • Low profile and suitable for surface mounting.
  • High accuracy in B, F and H dimension because coil inserting part(ditch) is made by grinding.
  • Please contact our sales office about each dimension and shape.

DRUM CORE

  • For Mn-Zn materials, performance at DC is excellent.
  • Both small and thin types are available.
  • Please contact our sales office about each dimension.
  • If necessary, insulation coating is available.

0.4 ≤ D ≤ 3

LONG LENGTH AND THIN THICKNESS E CORE

  • Suitable for low profile coil.
  • Characteristics and strength depend on A, B and C1 dimension and please contact our sales office.

BAR CORE

  • Small diameter and long length using pressing out technique.
  • Suitable for antenna.

INSULATION COATED RING CORE

  • Excellent for high voltage resistance and prevent from peeling off when winding.
  • Small and thin type balun core and E core are available.
  • Please contact our sales office about each dimension.

Outer diameter ≤ ø 8mm

Coating: Select parylene or fluorine. Thickness of coating: 10 ~ 40m

SLICED CORE

  • Thin and board type core using slicing and grinding technique.
  • Suitable for antenna and I core using with E core.
