MS-F and MS-FR series are magnetic shielding sheets made of laminated FINEMET® tape with PET films. Those products are flexible and light in weight. They show excellent magnetic shielding performance at the frequency range from DC to several hundreds k Hz. Heat treatment is not required due to its small deterioration of magnetic properties from forming and bending. Therefore it is easier to handle compared to conventional magnetic shielding material, such as Permalloy.
